Thorough explanation
We are a further education college, and our workforce are on term time contracts. After having an initial meeting with a Bright HR adviser on how to use Bright HR, i was left with a few unanswered questions on the set up of mandatory leave and how the system can best support us. New users of BrightHR
We are new to BrightHR and I found my call with Holly Christie very useful. I had begun to input some employee information but could not find it the next day. Holly has explained everything very clearly and was very patient and helpful with any questions I asked. We are looking forward to utilizing BrightHR in our organisation.

The support and service was fantastic!
The support offered was brilliant. As this is all new to us, it was explained at a level that we could understand and gain a lot from. Darren was extremely friendly and took the time to answer all of the questions we put forward. Thank you so much!

New to BrightSafe/ Bright HR
We are new to Bright HR and our onnboarding experince has been very pleasent thanks to Rebecca McNab. She is our account manager and has been most helpful and knowledgeable about the system. especially brightsafe in which we are focusing on. We look foward to learning more using this software.

Working out annual leave allowance (change of hours / pro rata calculations)
It was a complicated issue. Nathan was really helpful and patient. When my phone cut out, he was kind enough to phone me back. Problem was resolved. Great service.

Fantastic system
