Thorough explanation
We are a further education college, and our workforce are on term time contracts. After having an initial meeting with a Bright HR adviser on how to use Bright HR, i was left with a few unanswered questions on the set up of mandatory leave and how the system can best support us. I was then put in contact with Darren Greenwood who was able to thoroughly explain step by step the process i needed to follow.
