Rebeccc McNab should receive a knighthood for patience.

I'm leaving my review for Rebecca McNab. We just had our Microsoft Teams meeting and it was so good. Rebecca is very knowledgeable on the Blip product and each step of set up. God love he she has the patience of a saint because I must have asked a lot of questions! I'm so confident going forward and I'm very happy to have her direct dial number :) We haven't started officially using the clocking in system in yet but I don't foresee any problems.

I had unresolved issues with trying to…

I had unresolved issues with trying to log onto the ap. Atiq called me several times until he managed to speak to me. Atiq resolved the issue within a few minutes. Explained fully what the issue was, checked and double checked my email access. He stayed on the phone to check I can fully access the ap and happy that my issue had fully been resolved. Atiq restored my faith in the customer service provided by bright HR. Atiq is an asset to the company, warm and friendly attitude to problem solving.
