A necessity for a Small Business
Spoke with our account manager Rebecca McNab. She was so helpful in explaining all the necessary details for onboarding to BrightSafe. She also helped with a problem we had with BrightHR and got the problem sorted immediately. For a small business BrightHR and BrightSafe gives us peace of mind to know that all necessary documentation and help is at hand.

Great intro to BrightHR
Joshua Yates gave a great introduction to BrightHR, tailored to my needs. I was happy to discover some additional functions within the system which I was previously unaware of. Joshua was determined to find a workaround to an issue I'd encountered which was extremely helpful, and also followed up with additional training support and webinars. Thank you Joshua, much appreciated.

We have been with Bright HR for some time, but recently signed up to Bright safe, we find the staff very helpful and the service is great. Would recommend.
