Great experience
Perfect training provided by Gareth. He spent an hour and a half with us, explaining the system and answering all our questions. My first training session with someone else was terrible, it lasted 30 minutes and we came away not having a clue on how to use the system. Would recommend Gareth for training.

Adam Mikus and Sue Hargreaves have been really helpful, reassuring and patient. Putting my mind at easy during a difficult staffing issue. Really happy with the service so far. Templates helpful but the only thing is I wish they were able to be easily edited. Sometimes this can be tricky when trying to put them on your own branding / letterhead.

Excellent Service
Excellent Service, extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Training was clear and precise. System itself is user friendly. Darren was particularly helpful with all my questions.

The demonstration we received was very helpfu
The demonstration we received was very helpful and informative. It was helpful to have a look at the product from all users angles and ask all the questions we needed to. Raffaella has obviously done this before as she was very knowledgeable and presented the product very well.
