"Game Changing Interview Software"

What do you like best about BrightHire? Brighthire has amazing UX and allows me to be super efficient in how I run, take notes and manage my interviews in the midst of my busy day. It also empowers transparency throughout the org as my peers and manager can easily swing back on an interview, to the minute/second, and rewatch a portion of my (or their own) interviews.

"Very Good for Collaboration"

What do you like best about BrightHire? In real time, being able to tag points of note and label positive and negative discussion points during a candidate interview. What do you dislike about BrightHire?

"Pretty useful tool"

What do you like best about BrightHire? I like the time-based commenting feature that BrightHire offers. It's particularly helpful to mark down what a candidate said/did at a particular time in the interview so that we have concrete records of what happened.

Being able to share recordings with managers has allowed our team to make faster hiring decisions and remove bias from our process. Furthermore, we record all kick-off calls and share those between recruiters to ensure everyone understands each role and can easily pivot candidates between reqs.
