What do you like best about BrightHire? ability to review interviews to keep feedback objective and also share moments enhancing the overall learning for the interviewer community. The data and the ability to highlight moments makes our hiring process incredibly efficient. Cannot imagine our hiring process without brighthire.

What do you like best about BrightHire? I love being able to take timestamped notes in BrightHire live during my call. Makes remembering the call and the candidate and filling out the scorecard so much easier. It's also great to be able to share specifci snippets of a call with a hiring manager or other member of the recruiting team. Reactions are very helpful too!

What do you like best about BrightHire? When I have back to back to back intro calls with new candidates, I can very easily go back and figure out who said what! This is so optimal in the chaos of quickly growing companies with a wildly high number of interviews a week. Also, I can stay so engaged with candidates versus having to take notes, and built that better initial candidate experience.

"Great first experience!"
What do you like best about BrightHire? Ability to re-watch interviews when completing my scorecards, and watch other interviewers for training purposes. Also, not having to type notes throughout the duration of the interview allows me to focus more on what the candidate is saying.
