What do you like best about BrightHire? The transcription feature is the coolest. It gives a great voice to text transcription that allows you to revisit the interview without having to depend on memory or notes.

What do you like best about BrightHire? ABSOLUTELY love brighthire!! I am really able to focus on talking to the candidate while having to worry about taking notes. The flagging system is excellent for timecode and is super helpful to create clips and is good refresher for critical points in the interview! It is SUPER easy to connect with a calendar and seamlessly integrates into my daily system.

What do you like best about BrightHire? The recorded interviews have been incredibly useful for training purposes. In the old way, we needed to shadow interviewers which could take hours. Now we can just share snippets of specific moments that are relevant. It's also been really helpful to review interview panelists to gauge their skill level as interviewers.
