What do you like best about BrightHire? We are huge fans of BrightHire and were early adopters of the service. It allows interviewers to be present within their interviews, allowing more focus on the interviewee. Additionally, it allows the candidates to speak for themselves when doing scorecards, debriefs, etc, vs relying on someone's memory. What do you like best about BrightHire? Most useful thing about Brighthire is being able to stay focused with the candidate during the interview and really being in the moment with them, then watching the video clips again to make sure nothing was lost!
