What do you like best? I love the simplicity of the views. Being able to get a snapshot of where my candidates are in the process quickly and efficiently is paramount to a smooth hiring process. Easy and friendly to use even for a non-HR professional
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like the various options in Breezy HR to communicate within the team and with the applicants. Great software - scales well from small to large companies
What do you like best? Minimal end user training required, we were able to deploy rapidly to remote locations with most users able to natively use the software without requiring corporate support. I also really appreciate the proactive approach towards GDPR compliance and the tools and resources available to achieve this. We now require all unsolicited applications to be put through an "Expression of Interest" standing job post to meet this requirement. What do you dislike? The pace ...

A ton of functionality built in for a more efficient job hiring process
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The user interface is great and there is a ton of functionality built into Breezy HR. I love the in-app communication and scheduling features. There is also the awesome resume-parser and scorecards that lets us compare applicants "apples to apples" regardless of the initial source of the applicant. Easy breezy
What do you like best? convenience of collection of all applicants from a variety of sites. What do you dislike? sometimes the format does not transfer as easily. Wish it would work with Word formatting. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Saving time by multiple staff looking at applicants.

Simple and easy functionality, quick and professional support
What do you like best? I am using it for background checks of independent contractors. BreezyHR functionality for me is straight forward, simple to submit a candidate and new request, I got so far quick results. What do you dislike? Nothing so far, it works great for me. If there was an easier way to set up just the background checks, separately from the rest of the HR options, that could have been easier, but it's not a deal-breaker :-) What problems are you solving with the ...

Good experience using the ATS of BreezyHR
What do you like best? Ease of use. Good UI/UX Affordable What do you dislike? I can not rename the stage. I am using the bootstrap version, not sure about other versions. When I started using it It has lots of bugs but improved a lot recently. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As a small organization, we have limited requirements which BreezyHR is solving completely.

ATS the right way
What do you like best? You have everything in just one place. Apart from the candidate's info, you have messaging (email+sms), scorecards, team comments, notes, questionnares, tasks, etc. You use what you need and forget what you don't, Breezy is full of options and that's something I really appreciate. What do you like best? Ease of opening the resume, CV material required to vet an applicant. Quick responses. What do you dislike? I would like to have notice of an applicant submission but only for chiropractic physician. I do not need to see Massage Therapist or Rehabilitation Specialist.
