What do you like best? I like that it's really easy to visually see where certain candidates are in the process. I like how it's organized and the flow makes a lot of sense. It's a very good way to filter through a large amount of candidates. What do you dislike? Breezy HR makes recruiting easy

What do you like best? Easy to move candidates to different statuses. Just drag and drop. And they have an app. What do you dislike? They don't have the full range of question types. Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a try. It's pretty good for what you get. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Very hard to track resumes and applications before. Now it's simple. Huge time saver.

What do you like best? The best feature to my company is the quick and easy posting of job ads to multiple sites. Other companies which provide the same service have continued to raise prices while making it more difficult to post openings. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The user interface is great and there is a ton of functionality built in. My favorite features were in-app communication and scheduling. The awesome resume-parser and scorecards make it easier to compare applicants "apples to apples" regardless of the initial source of the applicant. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Super simple start up, automatic syndication to job boards, and easy workflow and metrics. What do you dislike? Because they are aggressive in pushing out new features, you'll see the occasional bug. Also the Career portal is handy, but could use more customization options. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sourcing and working through job applicants.

What do you like best? The simplicity of using this tool is very impressive! You can almost compare it with Taleo. What do you dislike? none at all! Truly indispensable hiring workflow app

What do you like best? I really appreciate the easy to understand kanban style boards that allow you to move candidates along. Also, the team collaboration aspect is really helpful, as is the ability to provide questionnaires to candidates ahead of time.
