It does the job but is occasionally frustrating
What do you like best? It does the job, allows us to manage hundreds of applications across a few vacancies. The team behind it are working on the product releasing new features all the time. It does everything that you would expect from an applicant tracking system for small companies. What do you dislike? The UI is generally not very intuitive. I'm a first time recruiter, so Breezy is my baseline.
What do you like best? I don't really have something that sticks out as my favorite feature. What do you dislike? I don't like that you fact that you can't continue to have conversations with candidates after the position has been taken down. Recommendations to others considering the product: Not sure really...some live training would have been helpful. Excited about using the Breezy Platform
What do you like best? I loved my sales rep Samiur Rahman hes the reason why I chose Breezy, he explained everything clear and answered my questions. I loved his enthusiasm. What do you dislike? I dont any bad things to say..this does not apply to me What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I needed to find an easy way to recruit and track applicants

Breezy HR is a great tool for discussing candidates in a very collaborative, inclusive way
What do you like best? I love that there are real time updates as we all submit our input, and the flow management for candidates going through the various hiring phases What do you dislike? I don't think the website is designed well for mobile, which would be really nice to even have a minimal view for when I get candidate updates and I'm not by a computer. Have been very pleased!
What do you like best? Breezy is very user friendly. I've rolled out Breezy for several clients and all have been happy with the product, even those that were not very tech savvy. Additionally, many products charge per user which can get extremely pricey. I appreciate how Breezy charges per posting which enables you to have more users and get more employees involved in the hiring process! What do you dislike? New manager at a new company using BreezyHR as the company's method of recruitment
What do you like best? I like the collaborative rhythm my boss and I developed to regularly review incoming resumes and log our comments on them so we could share our thoughts at any time/stay up to date with each other despite not meeting in 'real time'. I also really liked being able to send independent emails to candidates, and see his work as well. It was useful to copy his verbiage/apply his logic when corresponding with candidates without unnecessary meetings. What do you dislike? ...

Great tool for managing hiring process
What do you like best? Visibility of candidates within process was great. What do you dislike? It takes a little getting used to find some of the options such as viewing the job req. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great view of entire hiring process at a quick glance. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Streamlining hiring.

Cool technology - definitely helps organize our recruiting process.
What do you like best? I appreciate the ability to import LinkedIn data and consolidate all candidate information in a single place. What do you dislike? I wish there was a "Parking Lot" step, where you could place candidates that fall outside of your recruiting process but follow-up of some kind still needs to occur.
