What do you like best? I like being able to see more functionality in reviewing candidates. Everything is right there - coming from Formstack it's much more visually appealing. What do you dislike? I don't like how it's hard to decipher if you've turned down a candidate. It can be hard to tell when you have done that. What problems are you solving with the product? Competitive pricing but a long way to be a Greenhouse killer
What do you like best? Pricing is great! Love the integrations with recruiting platforms What do you dislike? What do you like best? I enjoy the simplicity of Breezy HR. Design looks great and interface is very intuitive to use for anyone. Constant improvements and listening to customer's feedback is also a huge plus. What do you dislike? Basic, No Frills Applicant Tracking System
What do you like best? Breezy HR is fairly straightforward, inexpensive, and easy to use. I do like that they have the ability to add scorecards to each job and screening questions. I also like the ability to add candidates and parse profiles in the system based on Linked In profiles and resumes. Makes life a lot easier! What do you dislike? Breezy a good applicant vetting system
What do you like best? Clean and simple design. Easy to build out pipeline and move candidates through the process. What do you dislike? Wish there was an easier way to flag candidates you have or have not responded to questionnaires we've built into the interview process. Breezy has made it easy to manage our recruitment
What do you like best? Like the ability to sort applicants, add applicants that may not have come through breezy, and require that cover letters be submitted with the application. What do you dislike? Having a difficult time navigating multiple users for one breezy account, the slack integration is not very helpful, don't understand how to refresh job postings on their affiliated job boards.
