Easy to use
What do you like best? I get notifications sent directly to my email letting me know that I have a new candidate or some type of status change. Candidates are organized by status (Applied, Phone Screen, 1st Interview, etc.). I can send communication directly to candidate or recruiter, schedule interviews directly through Breezy. A wonderful platform!
What do you like best? Easy to use, amazing functionality, and made listing and communicating with candidates very easy. Very easy to post multiple positions and keep separate workflows for the positions. Can also add in premium job posting on premier sites at a discounted rate. What do you dislike? Great ATS for growing start-up
What do you like best? Breezy is really easy to use and super quick to get up and running. I trialled a few other options and Breezy came out on top with regard to value for money and ease. Despite being in South Africa, I have no issues reaching the support team either when I get stuck. What do you dislike? Unable to link meeting rooms when booking interviews via the system. Very user friendly
What do you like best? I like that you are able to customize different pools. It is nice to be able to add specific members to specific positions, helps when you have more than one location, you can add the GM from a specific location to their own ads vs. all ads. Teamup with BreezyHR, it's a breeze!
What do you like best? I like the following about BreezyHR: - You can track your leads through the hiring funnel. - There is a built-in email and text function so you don't need to use your mobile phone or external email. - You receive notification through email that a candidate has applied and you can immediately view their application. Breezy is a great HR software
What do you like best? Breezy is great! Our team has used this to hire several of our members. I love how it collects applicants from different sites and brings it under one channel. I no longer need to login to the different job sites our company uses and I can just wait for notification in my email for applicants. What do you dislike? There's nothing to dislike. What do you like best? You can create customised templates to email candidates as they progress through the stages of the process. i.e. you can move a client to 'rejected' and they get sent an email automatically - job done! You can also include a link in your template to allow the candidate to choose their interview time-slot based on everyone's availability in their own work calendars. That is very neat.
