Breezy streamlines the hiring process and keeps things organized!
What do you like best? I love how breezy keeps everything organized in a remote setting. My organization has 3 different office locations hiring at once and at times we have people from different offices on the hiring team. Breezy is extremely helpful in fielding applications for multiple positions in different areas and allowing access to different team members. Easy and efficient system
What do you like best? Easy to use and great system to keep track of applicants. What do you dislike? None. The system is great and I am happy with it. What problems are you solving with the product? Such a great tool!
What do you like best? Is a really complete tool, unlike others Breezy combines functionality with beauty. This ATS have a great design which helps a lot to make his use truly intuitive even for beginners, is fast, have constant upgrades and, overall, is really recommended to improve the recruitment process. Simple and efficient
What do you like best? A simple tool to receive applications from candidates, to review them and to coordinate the overall recruitment effort What do you dislike? Easy Breezy!
What do you like best? How easy and fast it is to set up a job post. I love the communication features. What do you dislike? The boosting feature is confusing. Understanding how the boosts work on each site is necessary, but you have to contact sales reps from those companies. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Communication is so much better. It's great the entire team sees everyone's comments right on a candidate's profile.

Simplicity Please
What do you like best? I like to categorize easily the departments What do you dislike? There are a lot of things in different colors (like members of each departments showing every screen with small symbols. What problems are you solving with the product? Rating function and Team Notes
What do you like best? The rating feature is my favorite, once you rate someone in the record, their card will show up as different colors. It saves a lot of time when the team can simply ignore the un-fit candidates. The Notes and Team discussion is also really useful. I can choose to keep the notes private or share with the team. What do you like best? Consolidates all candidates from various sources. Automatic translation of CV. Easy and cool UI, really intuitive, fast to learn. A lot of features What do you dislike? What do you like best? easy to navigate and i can quickly find my candidates What do you dislike? tends to be buggy and i cannot access the system sometimes or links wont load What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? More organized, easily for collaboration
