I love BreezyHR and suggest it to people & my clients all the time!
What do you like best? I love how easy it is and the design is really nice. It's also one of the most affordable ATS's out there - THANK YOU! What do you dislike? I don't understand the candidate pools... or how to move candidates to a position once they are in a pool? Also, I don't think we have the functionality to move a candidate to a different position. I.e. Candidate applied for an Account Manager position but we'd like to consider him for a Product Support position instead. I ...

Thanks for existing.
What do you like best? i believe compared to the alternatives breezy has an amazing set of features and a modern look and feel. Also the workflow implementation makes it easy to visualize the overall hiring process. What do you dislike? Too much modal windows. I'd rather prefer something more permalink. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Improved the hiring process

Solid, valuable, lean ATS
What do you like best? It is simple to use and all the members of our team engaged in the process find it easy to use. It has many simple features particularly around creating roles and screening questions. I really liked some of the features that are for the recruiter. What do you dislike? It is missing some of the features of the more enterprise focused more integrated tools, but that's not a problem for growing and earlier stage startups or companies with a few roles. It would be ...

Feature rich, affordable ATS
What do you like best? (1 Breezy HR's drag and drop interface and automated messaging features make managing our applicants extremely easy. We can have multiple team members involved in the process and offering input on each applicant. (2 In addition to the core functionality being great for our needs, allowing video responses in applications has been tremendously helpful in screening candidates. (3 Month to month pricing is fantastic for a company that doesn't yet need to spend $2000+ on ...

Great software for smaller companies.
What do you like best? At first I loved the simplicity and drag and drop "kanban" feature of the job view. Great filtering on the candidate views The quick actions on the candidate views are very useful. I found the candidate details view one of the nicest that I have tested. Everything is in one place. The set-up of their career portal is easy and intuitive and offers the most extensibility of all that I have tested. What do you dislike? I would have preferred more ...

Makes Hiring a Breeze!
What do you like best? Breezy, is a modern way of seeking and recruiting potential candidates for our company. It was very easy to set up and quick to start posting. Our team loves that we can post to a ton of job boards and have it all filter right into our Breezy dashboard. We get a great workflow for our hiring process and can quickly make decisions to move forward with the right candidates. Our team doesn't have a lot of extra time to devote to this process, so we are all happy to ...

Growing tech team (and company) has found a useful tool to help us manage the hiring process
What do you like best? For each position, there's the default Kanban-like board that has all the stages that a candidate moves through. The default headings like Applied, Feedback, Interviewing etc. are well aligned with how we actually work. I also like the Notes section in each candidate profile that enables one central place for communication. What do you dislike? The scorecard system feels unintuitive. For example, two employees review one candidate...each employee giving a ...
