Useful and easy in use tool

What do you like best? Creating own pipeline structure for selecting right candidates. Additional questionnaires are the most helpful tool. What do you dislike? The platform is not popular in Georgia and lack of knowledge makes some unnecessary questions from potential candidates side. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Quantity of high quality candidates had grown since using Breezy HR.

I't awesome but it has it's flaws

What do you like best? I love that it's integrated in chrome and I just have to click that little button to save a candidate, it is very easy to use, has a clean overview and I really like the fact that the analytics is incorporated too. What do you dislike? the fact that it doesn't automatically check for doubles, if a save a candidate to a project I can just as easily save him to another, without warning. I know this might be useful for somebody but for me it's very important not to ...

What do you like best? Automations are quite useful and the scoring mechanics help our team filter candidates faster. What do you dislike? Sometimes the interface can feel a bit clumsy, leading me to refreshing the page to clean up the state. What do you like best? Easy to use, also shows what other positions candidates have applied to. What do you dislike? Many bugs and lacking in features. You can't edit the position a candidate has applied for, instead you have to copy the candidate to a new position and then delete the first instance. Currently using it at a startup

What do you like best? The pipeline is very easy to use and gives a nice overview. What do you dislike? Unable to sort the candidates by name, score and etc. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Very organised tracking of pipelines grouped by job applicant status and open position What do you dislike? The android app could have more features. Didn't get proper search results on the android app. Also the UI can be a bit dodgy, a single `esc` hit and all your content is gone. Also search is not great and can be improved a lot. Great software to onboard caregivers

What do you like best? Very easy to use. There is a lot of help and support right in the system if you need help. Great way to go paperless. What do you dislike? Only thing I don't like is we cloned ourself from our corporate office and fine tuning it to our needs was a little tricky to make sure we kept and deleted the correct content. Easy, Hassle free, Breezy

What do you like best? I really enjoy the automated emails that send to candidates when you move them from one stage to the next. this saves a bunch of time. Also, the video screening are very trendy and seem to be the best way to really see the candidate before bringing them in for an in person interview.
