Fairly simple and easy way to manage HR in a small company

What do you like best? The sign up procedure and job posting functions are the best features of the software. What do you dislike? The interface is a bit cluttered, but it's manageable. It's not specifically super clear in terms of the UX, but again, gets the job done. What do you like best? Very easy to use, has a lot of automatic features making it a robust software for small businesses like resume parsing. Might not be ideal for extremely large organizations due to scaling issues. What do you dislike? No ability to filter candidates. For instance, if a user is graduating in 2018, I'd like to filter out all of those candidates. Easy to use, saves a lot of time

What do you like best? - Being able to manage all email comms with applicants from within the HR system. - 'Kanban' style board showing at a glance how many applicants are at each stage - Scorecard for applicants which reminds you at a glance what you thought about someone's application What do you dislike? Forget the messy sheets and candidates lost in their process. Breezy keeps it under control for you!

What do you like best? Automatic mails by just dragging a person from one stage to another! I find it very useful to keep control of many positions at the same time. Using breezy you don't have to worry anymore for forgetting the status of a candidate, it even saves you disqualification calls, by sending automatic e-mails to all candidates in process to let them now what's their status. What do you like best? BreezyHR provides one location for all elements that go into the recruiting process. I love that posting a job within BreezyHR means instant exposure across so many different platforms! The analytics also help us keep track of where our posting is getting the most attention. Great software for any hiring manager, really streamlines process

What do you like best? It is an easy and simple platform that makes my life easier. Allows me to track all applicants in the various stages of the hiring pipeline. What do you dislike? There isn't anything I dislike. The tracking system is great. It has free options. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has made my pipeline much more rapid and smooth. Multiple people can collaborate on hiring.

Wish we could customize a little more, but gets the job done

What do you like best? It definitely helped us manage candidates (and we are small team, only hiring for 3 positions easier than using a spreadsheet. I like that there's video interviewing (although we didn't take advantage of that and that you can set up automatic triggers for email templates when candidates move from one stage to another in the hiring pipeline. ATS is good for start up company and is user friendly.

What do you like best? The pipeline is very useful and it's very easy to use and move around for different job post. What do you dislike? The one thing I don't like about it is when I review resumes, it is very slow to load. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Good value for what it does

What do you like best? I like that Breezy has the $49/month for 3 active slots to allocate as you see fit. That meets our business needs very well. Workable used to have that and when they changed their pricing to $50/posting it was an easy decision to get rid of them. In general, the postings to the free job boards has brought is good candidates. What do you dislike? The UI is not as intuitive as other competing services and the company job board / postings dont look at good. The ...
