Great experience so far!

What do you like best? Breezy is very easy to use and very intuitive. Unlike many other ATS systems, Breezy is very straight forward and simple. What do you dislike? A few things here and there but I know they are updated the tool. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No being able to track lead sources

I've used Breezy at 2 companies and it saved a lot of hassle in posting jobs

What do you like best? UX/Ui is easy to understand and posting once to publish everywhere saves me time What do you dislike? I'd like to see the posts in the app as a link - and more transparency about the posts themselves. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have posting jobs - this takes a lot of the pain away.

So Far so Good

What do you like best? I am just getting started with Breezy, but so far I am quite impressed with everything Breezy can do. I'm very eager and excited to go live with it and make my recruiting more efficient. What do you dislike? The set up process is a bit tedious, but overall I'm liking it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm hoping to streamline the recruiting process and save time in onboarding.

Easy to learn & great for applicant tracking

What do you like best? Breezy is extremely easy to set-up and get started. I had 25 applications within 24 hours for a part-time accountant position! Very simple to move candidates through the stages of the recruiting process. What do you dislike? This may be in the set-up, but I have not found it yet. An automatic email is generated when someone applies. That is great! But when I move someone to a Rejected status, I have to push the email. A small step that I would like to automate. ...

Great product, super easy to use.

What do you like best? How easy it was to operate and get started. I literally tried 3/4 free ATS systems before landing on Breezy. It gives you the same feeling as a lever or greenhouse. What do you like best? Simple UI - Easy to understand, no need to fumble with multiple resumes. Easy Kanban style of tracking candidates What do you dislike? A tool which is very user-friendly and effective for closing your open Positions

What do you like best? The software is very user-friendly and helps you in getting better responses by posting the job profile to other social websites which saves a lot of efforts and time. What do you dislike? Nothing at all. The software is very helpful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have an open position for our US office and are using BreezyHR for reaching out to good pool of profiles.
