Everything I need in a user-friendly system
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Breezy HR has great customizability that makes it very easy to use. It has a Chrome browser extension that allows us to add new candidates to our system without leaving the browser, saving a lot of time and effort. It's pretty good, sure beat not having an ATS
What do you like best? I like the way teams can review candidates and have discussions in the app. I like the emailing system. It's pretty useful. What do you dislike? I would like to use the tool to pull more useful data to track our performance. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Well, we have hired a lot of people. So thats a benefit.

easy to use candidate sourcing product
What do you like best? The ease of posting jobs and reactivating older positions. What do you dislike? It is somewhat pricey compared to what some of my colleagues are using. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can upload a job very quickly and also edit positions just as quick and leaves me with valuable time

Great ATS
What do you like best? I find Breezy's pipeline platform quite seamless. It keeps us track applications in an organized manner and our hiring leaders are better involved in the hiring process because they see the status of applications as they go through the pipeline. Easy to use ATS
What do you like best? Intuitive, easy to use - not much training needed. And when I did have a question, the chat-help was very helpful. What do you dislike? Nothing at this time, everything works as I would expect it to. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great Pipeline Manager Software
What do you like best? The level of interaction with the developers, they are actively collecting feedback form the users and the thread for suggested features was very refreshing to see. I also like the scorecard feature, I am trying to get more of my hiring managers to adopt this practice and give candidates a neutral, negative or positive score, and i'f they have time, to enter in a few details for why.
