Easy to set up, great attraction tool and sourced new team already
What do you like best? The platform was easy to set up and saw us live with our roles being promoted within a matter of hours; with a seamless - very on brand - recruitment attraction website, clear application channels, simple to promote to free channels and video questionnaires. What do you like best? Breezy HR keeps me organized and on track with the hiring process. I hire anywhere from 10-35 people a week so having a way to track their progress and keep me on track is an incredible thing. What do you dislike? Easy to learn, quick to get going, all levels are embracing
What do you like best? All levels of our staff are up and running with one quick tutorial. Has replaced all the manual processes we were using to recruit. Collaboration in real time. Breezy revolutionised the way we recruit.
What do you like best? Breezy has made it easy for multiple team members to collaborate on a recruitment process, and have taken away all of the uncertainty of finding the right people with their targetted advertising channels. They also massively reduce the admin that is normally associated with a recruitment process with their user friendly + automated software. What do you dislike? Easy page navigation
What do you like best? I had a good time looking around the web site and looking at the applicants resumes and looking at my colleges comments. It was easy to navigate the pages that I needed to complete my assignments. What do you dislike? Every once in while I could not get in to the web site. Not sure if it was my machine of the web site. Very good workflow
What do you like best? I like the swim lanes. It allows managing recruitment kinda like an it project which is nice What do you dislike? I would like a shortcut button to the pipelines. Lots of opportunities to customize, at a reasonable price.
What do you like best? There were a few things that stood out for me. 1. The ability to send applicants custom questionnaires and move them in the workflow based on their answers. 2. The ability to create custom scorecards to assess them with. (Though this needs a few tweaks to fully meet our future needs. 3. The ability to tag candidates around expertise and other categories. 4. A bit overwhelming at first, but a great resource
What do you like best? BreezyHR has been a fantastic way to organize our incoming resumes and potential hires. It gives great visibility into the hiring process, so even if we are not the ones interviewing, our team can still see where applicants are in the process. What do you dislike? Great tool for hiring
What do you like best? I started using Breezy on Free version and adopted it for the company I'm working with as it's very simple, highly intuitive and with good communication process. What do you dislike? Some updates are not 100% well done. Sometimes it fails , but hey, they seem to keep improving. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helpful for communication with candidates and hiring managers

It's a breeze
What do you like best? Customizing the tool was very easy. It's a slick user interface, which meant I wasn't wasting time learning how to navigate a new application. I love the embedded chat and e-mail features. It helps cut down the noise in my business e-mail, so I can either specifically focus on talent acquisition or the many other facets of my job.
