Go to ATS for small team recruitment
What do you like best? Pricing - they are priced per position and not applicant What do you dislike? It doesn't scale well, does not have workflow designs. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Hiring of contractors. Breezy has organized our recruitment process - it integrates with our internal systems and thus provides a great summary of our pipeline.

What do you like best? Easy interface, good triggers along action items and hiring steps, good channels for communication and automated messaging What do you dislike? Breezy HR is one stop solution for all recuitment needs.
What do you like best? This is a very user friendly Applicant tracking system. What do you dislike? Price is very high. A single user cannot afford such a high price plan. Need to come up with a reasonable pricing strategy. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Recruitment process that involves sourcing large no. of potential candidates.

User friendly ATS
What do you like best? As Recruitment Manager - easy to see total overview of all open vacancies. What do you dislike? Slow to load sometimes. When you navigate between screens (candidates for example it seems to take a while to catch up. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A team can work on multiple hiring at once - when we need say 10 new hires in the same team/department.

Great product, very intuitive, works well!!
What do you like best? The automation available between stages, and the e-references options. Automation allows applicant to move to another stage after completing a questionnaire or to receive an email once they enter a stage. Also, the e-references are amazing because it saves hiring managers time on calling those references! What do you dislike? The reporting could use improvement. There’s data that goes into breezy that isn’t possible to report on or pull out even in a .csv file. ...

What do you like best? Ease of use. The pipeline is very helpful. Also like that the system automatically sends emails to applicant references, because I hire in very large volumes What do you dislike? I wish the system was more integrated with systems like Paycom and ADP, and I wish that the reports would generate immediately instead of being emailed to you. What do you like best? Once you invest a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the UI, you'll really start to realize the benefits. You can move quickly and get automatic actions to happen in parallel so you're always moving the ball forward. The video and assessment functionality is very good.
