Breezy Manages the recruitment process for new employees

What do you like best? Quick access to resumes and other information supplied by candidates. What do you dislike? I haven't come across something that I dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving the complex issue of recruiting, which means keeping track off all the applicants and their current status in the recruiting process.

Effective and simple end-to-end recruiting system

What do you like best? It's easy to use! I like that I can easily create groups, talent pools, post jobs, etc. The UI is good too. The support team has been super responsive and helpful too. What do you dislike? I'd love to be able to change a pipeline once a job has been created (eg. removing a stage). The candidates UI has room for improvements. Some other similar tools do better web crawling for applicants information. Resume parsing often ends up with some errors such as ...

What do you like best? I love the ease of moving applicants through the pipeline. Being able to drag their application through each stage of the process is so easy. I love looking at the pipeline and getting a general sense of how many applicants we have in each stage at any given time, rather than having to sort through a list or click into each candidate to see where they are in the pipeline. overall good. It took a while to navigate thru variuos options.

What do you like best? Lot of detailed options / functions. Also various buckets to classify available candidates. What do you dislike? Down loading of attachments was not so straight forward. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? trying to sort specific candidates with specified skills.
