Breezy = easy
What do you like best? BreezyHR is an easy to use, sleek and lightweight platform. It took me a very short time to get acquainted with it. Optimal if you are interviewing multiple candidates and would like to have transparency across your org on where applicants stand. What do you dislike? What do you like best? integrated video calls, candidates sourcing, scheduling works great for us. Esignature for documents, video recording is essential to us. What do you dislike? would be great to integrate chat window during video calls as well as automated email sending with Esignature docs. User-friendly recruiting tool
What do you like best? I love the visual layout of the hiring aspect of Breezy. It is very functional and easy to keep candidates organized. Breezy is my HR department!
What do you like best? We use Breezy across my franchise organization - my franchisees LOVE that it saves them SO much time, from posting the jobs to screening applicants, to communicating back and forth. Powerful, yet let's you get up to speed super fast without pre-planning everything
What do you like best? Easy to use and easy to get started. While it is powerful it can be set up quickly and adjusted as experience is gained. We got it running in days and were able to handle 2.5 our normal applicant load because it automated so many stages of the process. What do you dislike? Interoperability--although it is possible that we just haven't figured this out yet, and I believe there are more API and custom field options at the top pricing tier. As it uses google ...

What do you like best? I love the automations, scheduling links and video responses. What do you dislike? Some limitations on scheduling links but it's minor.
