STARTUPS NEED BREEZY

What do you like best? As a startup CEO, I love the free version of Breezy that has helped streamline our entire on-boarding process. I mean, wow. What do you dislike? We are on a number of job boards, so I would love to be able to import the answers and resume's from ziprecruiter onto Breezy. I'd also like to be able to customize the pipeline (without paying for it;). Recommendations to others considering the product: The starting price is still a bit hard to swallow ...

Unreal automation, the real secret sauce

What do you like best? Like excel, breezy is limited only by how much work you put into it. Lately, we have been pushing the system with thousands of applications for hundreds of jobs and eliminating most chasing of documents, scheduling of interviews and much, much more. What do you dislike? Like any flexible system with multiple moving parts, the demand for new features is fierce. While support is always responsive and positive, it can take some time for a complete upgrade. They are ...

I tried several web apps for application management, but Breezy seems to be the best.

What do you like best? All processes and the user interface is well-thought-out. Also, it's nice that it's free for one application at a time, plus you don't lose the history when going from paid to free. What do you dislike? So far, not much. At one point, I had trouble finding the externals URL of our job portal and the posting(s). What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Applicant Tracking

Easy to understand the flow of process, users can easily see the progress.

What do you like best? Pipeline division for easy check of applicants, automated questionnaires to flag better candidates. Easy set up of careers page on your own website. Ability to assign hiring managers, users. Chat support responds fast with easy to follow guides. What do you dislike? I wish i could have received set up training from actual person. And received review how we could use the breezy even more efficiently. System is easy to understand just some set up support ...

Sleek, efficient process with nice bells and whistles...

What do you like best? A lot of great features in an easy to use package. The applicant sourcing is also more effective than the platform we were using before, which is nice. What do you dislike? Some minor limitations in the flow. Also we would have liked to be able to run basic assessments directly from Breezy HR. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Source, track and compare applications to hire the best people to join our team.

Easy, Cloud collaboration for peers

What do you like best? I love the ability to invite others in the decision making process. I like having the chance to move to different stages directly in the portal. We used this tool to auto filter candidates in sales roles to help with the process. You can quickly move individuals in the cloud, and immediately ask peers for feedback. What do you dislike? We had some issues with posting to Indeed, but this was mainly due to the Indeed reps inability to solve their system issues. ...
