What do you like best about Braze? I like the freedom Braze gives us for creating campaigns and experimenting. Experiment paths and other features are super helpful when testing new initiatives, and we test them constantly. I also greatly appreciate the constant support we get from Braze team, as they're super fast when raising a ticket or any problem

What do you like best about Braze? Braze makes it very easy to both set up recurring workflows (canvases) and have one-off campaigns. We were able to customize our instance to fit our specific needs and pull in our own data to segment and customize with.
