"Excellent Marketing Automation Tool with Robust Customer Support"

What do you like best about Braze? As a customer of Braze, I feel they genuinely care about my feedback and are constantly looking to improve the platform. In the short year my company has been using Braze, I have already seen them make many great updates. We are able to use cross-channel campaigns to easily grow and scale our marketing efforts without having to onboard another tool. It also allows us to better understand all the communication our customers receive, and personalize each message.

What do you like best about Braze? Braze is a superior tool and company to other competitors in the market. Braze's feature set and capabilities are more advanced and are constantly being iterated upon and improved. The company also offers a wealth of knowledge on how to use the tool and recommends best practices to advance your business. Their onboarding team held our hands through the implementation process to help us ramp up quickly, and their customer support is highly responsive.

What do you like best about Braze? One of the best aspects of Braze is its user-friendly interface and intuitive canvas-building feature. The platform is very easy to navigate and allows users to easily build (complicated) flows between messages through its straightforward drag-and-drop way of working. In particular, Braze's latest shift towards "Canvas Flow" has made building campaigns feel even more intuitive and efficient.

"It is very intuitive to use and user friendly."

What do you like best about Braze? I like the user search and the fact that we can see the history as well as the resend email if necessary. I like to manage the receiving email especially when a payer does not want to receive promotions email for example.
