What do you like best about Braze? The customization, usability, and reporting. After a few uses, Braze becomes very easy to use and navigate. If I ever stop using Braze, Braze will definitely be the standard for customer engagement platforms. Wow, sounds like I'm dating Braze. Anyways, love Braze.
