Great platform and customer service

What do you like best? The staff are so friendly and ready to help in any way they can which is definitely under-appreciated nowadays! What do you dislike? Nothing! Like I said it's a great service run by great people. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to monitor results, act on solid analytics and build a great picture of the companies standings to the CEO and bosses.

What do you like best? User friendly and provide insightful tracking however their customer service is very personal - it's as if you are their only customer! What do you dislike? Ada is the best!

What do you like best? Customer service of Brand24 rocks! Especially Ada. What do you dislike? Sure there are some functions that can be added, but in general, no dislikes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We were tracking a UGC by hashtags and also monitoring the PR on social media. We got some extra information which pleased also our client - who are the people speaking about a brand the most, which other hashtags they use, etc.

Best user engaging tool

What do you like best? We love Brand24 because we can follow-up any comments from our clients across the web. As we are a communications agency, I like to be able to have press post alerts, updates from government sites and particularly to be able to check not only Twitter as in other applications, but to have a wide view of instagram, facebook, and even forums and blogs. Big-time analytics for my small business

What do you like best? We are huge fans of the new PDF reports. We sent a note a while back to our rep asking for many of these enhancements, and Brand 24 delivered in a big way. Specifically, we wanted to be able to customize the reports to include information that was pertinent to our client, and we wanted something that could be white labeled so that it came from our agency instead of Brand 24. Great Customer Support

What do you like best? Great customer support from setting up a campaign to tracking results. Ada is the best! What do you dislike? Nothing really, the dashboard is very thorough which makes setting up campaigns difficult if you don't take the time to learn. But then again the advanced features are what makes this tool great. What do you like best? It is extremely easy to use, clear sections and ways of operation. I also like the real time alerts which is really helpful to know if someone mentioned the brand. It's super easy to set up and the dashboard is very intuitive - this is so important to me because, in order to use it as effectively as possible, I need to be very comfortable using it.
