Excellent Service
Have been using Bookwhen for just over a month now and it's definitely made things much easier for me. I own a Pilates Studio and have to 'wear many hats' so the Admin side just got a lot easier. Excellent customer service, too - always very quick to reply via Web Chat - and very affordable for a solo enterprise like myself. Much better than I expected.

Reliable
Reliable, easy to use and affordable. Been so happy with this booking system for the last 2 years. Only thing missing is a subscription / direct debit recurring payment system.

Amazing customer service and easy to navigate system
One of the best business decisions I have made! I was apprehensive to move from manual payment and like many failed attempts to take my business more digital, I didn't hold much hope but moving to bookwhen has made scheduling events and taking payments really simple and affordable, even for a tiny business such as mine. Bookwhen has changed our lives and taken all of the stress away from our booking managementFantastic system, excellent customer service - they've really thought of everything and made it extremely intuitive and easy-to-use.I can't recommend them highly enough. Fabulous booking system!
Bookwhen has totally transformed our admin role with bookings and capturing all necessary information. The process is so easy and user friendly and it’s very reassuring to know that there’s always someone that you can contact with any queries who respond in an extremely timely manner. Highly recommend!

Simplicity and reliability!
We've been using Bookwhen for some years now and find it so simple to use!It's great to just add dates, sit back and wait for the bookings to come in! Reports are VERY useful.Most of our digital work is done with google sheets nowadays, but Bookwhen has so much more that we're staying with them!Customer support is ace!
