Bookwhen highly recommended
Bookwhen is lightweight, simple and very easy to use from the customers point of view. The booking page is well designed and responsive on mobile which is what lots of alternatives are missing.

Great booking software for small businesses
I use this for my business to enable clients to book in to classes and workshops directly through my website. It saves me the time of having to process bookings manually and it's easy to set up and use, while being affordable for small businesses.

Does everything I need it to do
Does everything I need it to do. I'm just a one-woman band with a few small community classes and use the free version - no frills but it does the job for me and I like the fact that if I were ever to expand and I needed any extra functions, it is really easy to do. The support team are really friendly too.

Intuitive and easy
The system ticks the boxes for us by giving our customers the option of online booking through our website. It's pretty intuitive and easy to navigate. The support from the guys is impressive too and they have helped us every step of the way.Thanks Guys

When looking at systems we needed something that was affordable, could handle parents registering multiple students, and courses that span multiple days (full weeks). Highly recommend bookwhen
The bookwhen system is so easy to use even I manage it!Customers find it user friendly and easy to access and use. The staff are also online and via email if there are any questions to answer.It has been a game changer for my business and I highly recommend them ;-)
