I love this booking system - highly recommended.

I love this booking system. I use it for my yoga classes and it allows my students to pay and book themselves. I have set it up with a discount if they book a certain number of classes. Students get a reminder the day before class which includes a link in case they cannot make the class allowing them to reschedule themselves - I just see who is booked in just before class.This has saved me loads of admin time.Customer service is excellent - if I have any problems I use the online ...

Simplicity and reliability!

We've been using Bookwhen for some years now and find it so simple to use!It's great to just add dates, sit back and wait for the bookings to come in! Reports are VERY useful.Most of our digital work is done with google sheets nowadays, but Bookwhen has so much more that we're staying with them!Customer support is ace!

I love using Bookwhen

I love using Bookwhen. It has saved me so much time by taking away a lot of the manual processes I used to have to do and from my clients point of view it is slick and easy to use. The customer service is really fantastic too! Would recommend to anyone looking for a booking tool.

Love using Bookwhen

I started using Bookwhen a month ago to manage class bookings for my business, I am a Yoga teacher, and it has been amazing! I love how easy it is to schedule classes, link to a payment system, review who is coming and mark them off removing the need for paper registers and quickly accessing the functionality. 5 Stars for customer services and the…

5 Stars for customer services and the same for BookWhen online booking system. I couldn't believe how easy it is to use, but it was! The logic used made sense, even to a relative novice like myself. And where I did get stuck, help was pretty much immediate. This sort of service can only come from people who have a passion for what they do. It feels like you are part of the team, and BookWhen take on board comments made that could improve the program further. Well done!

Customer service is great; any queries and they get back to you straight away. I have the free version and it's more than adequate for my class needs. It's easy to manoeuvre around for both me and my students. 5*s😊

Customer service is incredibly helpful…

Customer service is incredibly helpful and responsive. This is the only web-based event management software I've found that allows participants to pick individual events or courses - I used it for a virtual job fair so that job-seekers could pick which employer(s) they wanted to speak with and book appointments with just those employers. The interface is more utilitarian than aesthetic, but fairly intuitive. I really enjoyed working with this software.
