I have been using Bookwhen since 2018

I have been using Bookwhen since the start of 2018 and they continue to innovate, improve and provide great customer support when you have a question or a problem. Their recent quick response to integrating with outside providers to improve their support since Covid hit many of our businesses was just fantastic. Using Bookwhen is definitely one of the best business moves I made for my yoga business.

They are always quick to answer queries…

They are always quick to answer queries by chat or via their FB page. The integration to Zoom works well and they are always improving the service. Good job guys. Keep up the good work 😀

Real people, real professional, real support

In a world where it is impossible to talk to human beings when it comes to faceless service suppliers, the Bookwhen team makes a welcome and unique difference. I have never known another company to reply, help and support as quickly and efficiently as them. The system is easy to understand and navigate, and the latest coronavirus challenges have put Bookwhen under a lot of pressure but they have come up winners, as always.

Been the BEST system for me & my Fitness Business

Customer Bookings

I’ve been using bookwhen for 18 months, I wanted to offer my customers the option to book online when I moved into my studio. In these changing times due to COVID-19 I’ve introduced virtual classes via ZOOM and so it was one less hassle for me to sort out and my customers were familiar with the system so it’s been a really easy transition. I’m really happy to read the latest update adding integration to ZOOM yet to implement it though 😁

The best booking system and customer service I've ever had

I've been using Bookwhen for about a year now. For years before I'd tried numerous ticket and booking platforms that were much more costly, and never gave me all that I needed.
