Bookwhen has revolutionised the way my bsuiness works. Book and pay online and no more invoice creating and chasing hooray! In adittion they keep developing so I can access details/emails/lists/attcahe documents /duplicate events etc and now a direct link in the booking with Zoom. I love this system. It helped me to transform all my Pilates classes online over night due to the Covid situation. The shame about reviews in the social media age is that bad things get a lot more time than good. The thing I'd like to say about Bookwhen as it just works! It's easy to navigate and doesn't take much time to learn as a system. It's easily searchable which makes a big difference when I'm dealing with a client in real time. Bookwhen is perfect for a new start-up and really simple to use. You also get really convenient controls as an Admin User that helps manage your bookings. There's a handy facility that enables you to take 'offline payment's too. The Bookwhen team responded really quickly when I've asked a question and the support articles are super easy to follow. I’ve been using this booking system for almost a year now and have no complaints whatsoever. Excellent booking system, easy for clients to navigate & book. I have 6 yoga teachers at our studio and the admin for classes took up a lot of time. I’ve previously used two other booking systems, one is a name you’d know and I can say without question Bookwhen is the best I would’nt be without it plus it’s so competitively priced win:win!!

I have now used Bookwhen for my business for about 1 year and have found it great to use.I find it easy to use and offers everything I need it to do.
