What I love about Bookwhen is the customer service, they respond super quick to any query and are really patient. Once I got used to navigating the site it was/is a breeze! My students love it too, its so easy for them to check when classes are on and to pay online. It has saved me so much time .. making lists, who has paid and hasn't etc. All the hard work of being a teacher is taken out of it and I can just enjoy teaching yoga. Happy faces all around. 5 Star Customer Service

Having been forced online overnight as so many others have been during lockdown, Bookwhen have been brilliant. Just what I needed to transfer my pilates classes online, Zoom integration, Youtube and Vimeo too if you need it. Customer Service team are quick to respond and have helped out when I couldn't understand the more tech side of things. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

This system works, and it works well.

This system works. It's easy to navigate and feedback from customers is always good. Most importantly, the customer service is exceptionally good. You always hear back very quickly and 99% of the time the problem is solved almost instantly. It's a really weight off my mind having such a good booking system to keep my admin manageable. It honestly saves me hours each week!

Lots of functionality

There’s a lot more functionality to Bookwhen than I first thought. I have it set up on my site for booking all my craft courses - different topics, different dates and costs - and I’ve found I can set up Bookwhen on each course info page to show the year’s dates for just that course. That makes it easy for clients to find what they want.It’s easily managed from a user-friendly dashboard and there are shortcuts so you can minimise repetitive entering.
