Love Bookwhen!

I love Bookwhen, it serves my needs perfectly, allowing my students to book onto multiple classes, receive the information and the link to their online class with ease. I love the recent platform offerings and developments such as Vimeo and YouTube integration that Bookwhen have made to help further support users and their businesses during this challenging time.

Really happy with the service

Since starting to use Bookwhen as a booking system for my yoga classes, I have found the customer service very helpful, the platform easy to navigate and have been enjoying plenty of updates and upgrades of the service. Really impressed

BookWhen is fantastic and has revolutionised the way I manage my business. It is user-friendly and professional and the support team is always on hand to help and give advice. My clients love it as much as I do and I cannot recommend it enough.

Great booking platform.

I use this platform for my clients to book classes. It is fantastic and never failed me. They are always updating to make things easier for the customers and myself. I pay a good price for clients to be able to pay via paypal, purchase class passes as well as have contact details for further contact with clients or if I need to cancel. The only drawback I have, is if I need to cancel a class and I cancel it on the booking platform, the clients are not notified. I have to contact them ...

I've used Bookwhen since I started my dog training business 2 years ago. I LOVE it and my clients love it too! It's easy to use and they like how easy it is to send payment (I like that too!). I have recently integrated a wavier consent form and will be planning to use the new ZOOM integration feature as well. The service is affordable and the customer service is TOP notch! We are using bookwhen for our coaching sessions with our customers. We just plan the sessions in the companies and organisations we’re working for and the participants just can book their private coaching session with us. All by using bookwhen as our booking platform already for years. No hassle anymore with planning-emails, just do-it-yourself planning, changing, canceling. So we can focus on doing our job.

Simple to use and looks super professional

Have been using bookwhen for many years now and love it .It’s super easy to use for me and I real like the smart, clean and crisp calendar page my clients see . It’s important that it’s reflects my brand / professionalism. It’s super easy to make changes, apply discount codes , crest courses and now zoom is linked it’s fantastic. BRILLIANT APP

I use the Free version and it is fabulous I am now semi retired and only have a couple of classes each week so this is just what I was looking for.My daughter has the paid version and has many more features like she take payments and link it to her Zoom account.I have already recommended this app to many friends and colleagues

Best Booking System.

I teach Yoga and have used Bookwhen for many years, my students love the ease of booking classes, as well as how easy it is to transfer or cancel, It just works so well.This assists the smooth running of my job in the background, with no emailing students back and forth etc. Without the booking system I would be overloaded with work.
