Bookwhen is exactly what I needed.
Bookwhen is exactly what I needed.I can add it to my website, use my own images and text while saving a lot of time as it's easy to setup! And it has Zoom and Stripe integrated which is also a time saver!It's like having a "virtual assistant" taking all my bookings and payments for me :)

A great app, good value for sole traders
A great app which is good value for individuals who don’t need - and can’t afford - all the big enterprise level systems. But this will also scale up if you need it. Great that zoom integration was added so fast for lockdown. UX still needs a little work but the team are aware and making updates regularly. Fast, friendly and helpful web chat support. If the reporting worked and it integrated with Quickbooks it would be even better. Doesn’t matter for my purposes as I can pull from PayPal ...

Started using Bookwhen to set up online…
Started using Bookwhen to set up online options for meetups that my organisation runs. It has been the perfect find for us - A great, user friendly system, easy to set up and run, very intuitive. They have been absolutely fantastic in all support - answering questions. Apart from one minor function which wasn't available, we have found it to be a fantastic system and service and at a price that is reasonable for our small charity.

I love this system
I love this system, I’ve used it for my studio for around 2 years now, once I’d worked out how to add my classes in a way that worked for me it worked perfectly certainly far better than any other systems that I tried. I did struggle to set up in the beginning and had a bit of trial and error going on but customer service is great and they are super helpful and using online chat they are easy to get hold of. As an apprehensive new user of Bookwhen I'm finding my way around the platform with ease. Bookings are for my Moves Fitness online classes during lockdown and many of my clients are elderly. They are reporting back that it is really quick and simple to make bookings and join my classes via their confirmation email link. I couldn't be happier with my decision…
I couldn't be happier with my decision to work with Bookwhen! From the start, the team has been extremely helpful. The booking system and set up are very easy. I was able to transfer my classes online very quickly and ensure that I still had an income. Highly recommend Bookwhen!
