Really pleased with bookwhen
Really pleased with bookwhen, any contact I’ve had with the team has been really great, they are always helpful. The system itself is a total game changer for my business and me, it’s taken away so much of my stress and given me so much time. It’s simple to use and all my clients find it really easy too. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Love using bookwhen , it’s really helped me keep track of attendance during these crazy times and make it easier for people to book without contacting me directly all the time.I would recommend to anyone

Used by a large community to book rides for #Oslodawnpatrol in order to keep control over who rides with who in these Corona times. Works great. Is easy to use and easy for people to understand.

Signing up to Bookwhen has been like employing an additional member of staff at a fraction of the cost. It free's me up to focus on other aspects of the business and its invaluable to me now. What would I do without bookwhen! The customer support is just brilliant and the pricing affordable. Loving the zoom integration and discount mode on even the least expensive option. It’s a great system all round 👍

Flexible great support
Needed a booking system to be Covid secure. Looked at a few. This shone out and we are impressed. Reasonable pricing, superb support. Fast response to queries. Good user group.

I'm so glad I discovered Bookwhen!
I'm so glad I discovered Bookwhen! I now use it for my own online yoga classes, the seamless integration with Zoom is fantastic, and I've also used it on a client's website for her yoga classes. The customer service is fantastic and the pricing is affordable.

Great features
Very easy to get to grips with the basics, and lots of articles and online help when you want to get a little more sophisticated in your booking offer to clients. Very clean integration with Zoom and YouTube. And, (as a self-employed fitness instructor, this was important for me) pretty affordable too
