A great online booking system
A great online booking system. The staff are super quick to reply to questions or concerns and the subscription is flexible meaning no contract. It has taken a huge amount of admin off of my shoulders.

Great for dance classes
Bookwhen has been easy to set up for my dance classes. I was easily able to create recurring classes (and even add an exception without needing to create a whole new class).I highly recommend it!

Brilliant system
Brilliant system. Pretty easy to use despite not quite fitting their intended business model, I have managed to find a work around for everything I have needed to do. Their support team is amazing, really quick responses and try really hard to fix any issues. Highly recommend this if you need a booking system. Well worth the money. Definitely saves me more in admin time than it costs to subscribe

As a self-confessed tech-hater and serious learner driver on this platform, the team from bookwhen have held my hand and supported me through the whole ride. No question is ever too silly, the facey group support is fabulous. I'm on the other side of the world and yet all questions were sorted within 24hrs. Brilliant service.

Definitely recommend
I've used other booking systems in the past but have found Bookwhen easier to use and better value for money. I have recommended it to my friends who also use it now and have found so many more benefits. Thank you Bookwhen team, great work.

Brilliant, user-friendly, cost-effective!
This booking system has made my life so much easier. The developers continue to update it and add new features regularly and the customer service is outstanding. My customers love using it. Best of all it is such a reasonable price which is so important when for small businesses. By far one of the best systems out there and I did a lot of research before choosing Bookwhen.
