Easy to use and very affordable
Needed an easy to use and competitively priced app to allow my Zumba class to book and pay for class. Bookwhen was recommended by fellow instructors and I do not regret the decision to sign up and use it. My ladies find it easy to use and book and find it easy to manage my classes.

A GREAT ADDITION TO MY LITTLE FITNESS BUSINESS. I STARTED USING BOOKWHEN WHEN DEMAND FOR MY CLASSES WERE HIGH, BUT DUE TO THE PANDEMIC, NUMBERS WERE LIMITED. IT TOOK THE STRESS OUT OF KEEPING A MANUAL BOOKING SYSTEM, WHILST HELPING TO MAKE MY SMALL BUSINESS LOOK MORE PROFESSIONAL. ANY QUIERIES ARE ANSWERED QUICKLY AND WHEN WE WENT INTO THE SECOND LOCKDOWN, IT WAS EASY TO SWITCH TO THE FREE SERVICE MEANING I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SERVICE WHEN IT WASN'T NEEDED. Did a google, logged on and was up and running in an hour! Learning as we go along but has been a life saver for my voluntary role for booking slots in taster sessions then completing a role call and covid track and trace list.

Easy and fab time saver
We are a local government org looking to streamline our booking and course admin process. Bookwhen has been fantastic and saved hours. The admin staff love it so much that they said they would pay for it out of their own pocket (didn't have to of course). Easy to set up, track activity and great to use. Highly recommend.

This has saved me so much time and money. Its easy to use, takes care of my waiting lists abd issues reminders - its simply awesome.

Very pleased
Jenny from Bookwhen was amazing and spent 45 minutes helping me to understand how to add different discount codes. She was patient and friendly and did not rush me off the phone at all. She gave me a time that she would be able to call me which suited me around my newborn baby and she called at that time. I was really impressed with Jenny, not only with her knowledge but with her kindness.

We have been using bookwhen at our university to schedule trainings and workshops. It is fantastic! It saves so much time on the administrative tasks of scheduling, reminder emails, creating lists of attendees and taking attendance at events. We have been using it for a few years now and plan on keeping it around for a long time!I highly recommend it!
