I’m the most rubbish person when it comes to technology. And I have managed fine with Bookwhen . The staff are always quick to respond and help you with questions . It’s very reasonably priced . Would definitely recommend.

Great platform for scheduling!

Love the simplicity of using the system. Once you've learnt the basics it's easy to duplicate events/classes which saves time. I've integrated a payment system and Zoom too, all of which has been a dream for both me and my customers to navigate. Customer service is second to none with a quick reply and problems solved. Have already recommended to others!

Affordable and easy to use.

I use bookwhen for my yoga classes and retreat bookings, it is easy to use ( I am not techy at all) it is very affordable. In a nutshell it is perfect.

Super efficient and very user-friendly

I have looked at quite a few online booking systems before settling for Bookwhen, and I must say it has proven to be a great decision. At the secondary school where I work we now use it for everything from organising summer schools to allowing hundreds of parents to book auditions for their children. It is super easy to use and even easier to set up. We have saved weeks of extra work at this point as we used to ask parent to complete paper forms and bookings were previously done online. ...

I’ve used Book When for the last three years and run a fitness class and therapy business from it. Works seamlessly, integrates with Zoom, Vimeo, YouTube and Stripe and has never let me down. The stand out feature from this company is their customer service it is absolutely brilliant! Highly recommend!
