Nice one!

Very easy to manage, reliable booking system. We have members, various discounts, vouchers, several schedules - it copes with all of this. Ease of use is another thing bookwhen is providing. We have 4 team members and all can use it without needing a degree ;-)

Bookwhen provide a flexible, warm and adaptable customer service and we are very happy with them. They are integral to our holiday activity organisation and we think they are the best online booking system available.

Great system with a great team

I have a great experience with Bookwhen. I use it for my Daisy First Aid business as well and I always recommend it to anyone as the team is very helpful, the system is easy to use and if you are stuck somewhere, you can always ask the team, they are happy to help with anything at any point.It is also very beneficial for us that you can sign up up and cancel a plan any time as we just do events twice a year. I've been using Bookwhen for a couple of years now, it is really easy to use both from my perspective and also a customer perspective. I'm a yoga teacher and students book onto my classes using Bookwhen. Really straightforward and the support is excellent. There's been a couple of occasions where I haven't been sure how to do something.
