I have been using Bookwhen since December 2019 for my yoga studio and I have found it so easy to use! An excellent service

I am a Pilates teacher at 3 seperate venues. The system allows for me to add, change or delete information with one or two clicks. The customer service team are excellent and respond quickly always with a solution.

I spent a lot of time searching for a reliable online booking system at a reasonable price. Bookwhen is head and shoulders the best system. Very easy to set up, very easy for customers to use, and the customer support via Facebook puts the big guys to shame!

Super friendly, responsive, helpful. The key benefit is ease of setting up and getting your schedule out and online. Booking experience is simple and easy.

The Bookwhen program has been a great asset.

The Bookwhen program has been a great success for myself as a coach, the parents and student athletes. The waiting list enables students to be contacted if spaces open up so they more often than not can get the times that work best for them. Every time I have encountered a problem it has ended up being a user error on my part and each of the representatives I have worked with has been patient and understanding as I learned to navigate the system.

From a health and safety courses provider

As a business owner (health and safety courses provider), I have tried a number of booking sites in recent years and I've found that BookWhen is far more user friendly than any other I have tried and by a significant margin. The support (of which I have only needed once) was very helpful and the staff were quick to respond; the payment system also works fantastically well too; I cannot recommend this site/software enough.

Bookwhen has been my life saviour for the past four and a half months. I never expected an online tool to be so efficient and adaptable to your needs. I'm personally non techno savvy and it took me a bit of time to get my head round adapting to the drastic changes that the lockdown meant but thanks to this booking system and its amazing support team I managed to get there in the end. Managing payments for my new online classes was not longer a headache. Highly recommend these guys!

This software has been great. Was just looking for something to help me manage group fitness classes while the gym I worked at was closed and bookwhen was superb, My customers actually agree that this is miles better than the software the gym uses and have chosen to stay training with me because its so easy to use and book with, Made my little setup look so professional and gave my confidence to continue to grow my fitness classes as its so easy to manage bookings. A simple, intuitive tailored solution to all your booking needs

I do not normally write reviews but feel I have to with these guys. I am not the greatest with I.T. but the system is easy to use and can be tailored to suit your business needs. When I do get stuck, the team are responsive, professional, knowledgeable and patient. I recommend Bookwhen to anyone that takes bookings for their business and just wants something simple, safe and autonomous for both yourself and customers.Thanks BookwhenJoe

I highly recommend Bookwhen. The set up was easy. The team are so easy to deal with, answer questions very promptly and in easy to use language. It's very affordable. I have put two other organisations onto BookWhen. Cant speak highly enough of these people and their system.
