Very easy to get to grips with the basics, and lots of articles and online help when you want to get a little more sophisticated in your booking offer to clients. Very clean integration with Zoom and YouTube. And, (as a self-employed fitness instructor, this was important for me) pretty affordable too

I've been using Bookwhen for 4.5 years which tells you a lot already. Simple and easy to use for both myself and customers. Great customer service and helpful staff if you ever need them. Can print my class list in seconds. Happy and will always recommend

Excellent system and outstanding customer service

I've been with Bookwhen for 4 years. My business has grown and adapted with them. It has a clean interface, fully customised for your business with the recent integration with Zoom and other online platforms. The customer service is outstanding both on their facebook page, online chat and on the phone. There is still a lot for me to learn about the full advatanges of the system but it totally satisfies the requirements of my small business (I'm a sole proprietor).

I wanted to find a booking system to support my business and so glad I choose Bookwhen. The product is excellent, very well thought through, great reporting tools, excellent check in service and simple cancellations. Any questions the team were very responsive and super helpful. I haven’t seen another product of this quality at such a great price. It linked in easily with my online payment platform (stripe). Highly recommended.
