Not even a paid user, but STILL amazing service!
WOW! Well, I'm not even USING the "app, (yet!) but I submitted a pretty technical question directly through their website. In an hour or so Simon came straight back to me, with a perfect answer, and helped me with ANOTHER issue!!! Can't review the app yet (!!!) but I WILL be installing it and embedding into DIVI theme thanks to Simon and the AMAZING going "way beyond," customer service of BookWhen! Thank you! Simple effective booking system!
If I can figure out how to use a booking system to make the running of my fitness business more effective and less hassle for me then anyone can! And when I almost gave up Bookwhen are super efficient, helpful and restore what you think you cant resolve and make you realise its not that difficult. Thank you Bookwhen. My admin time has now halved.

Superb Service

I love using bookwhen
I love using bookwhen, it is so easy to use and saves so much time on administration. I have checked with my clients and they also say it is simple to use. I would highly recommend this site, I did look around and this one works really well for me and my business. Simon and Jenny are extremely helpful with quick responses to my silly questions, thank you both.

I think Bookwhen is a great online booking system. I am a fitness coach and I use it to list all my online classes and find it very easy to use. My clients have also said they like the system. The customer service is fantastic - Simon couldn't have been more helpful. I highly recommend!

Best platform ever
Not being very technical and wanting a reliable platform to use for zoom class. I found bookwen and it has made my life so less stressful. It was easy to set up adding the stripe payment system to it and connecting to my business page. I recommend anyone to use it. The assistants are always helpful if your struggling to do or find something. Well done bookwen and thanks for a fabulous platform. Janina

A simple and effective system for my Zumba participants to book my on line classes and an easy way for them to pay class fees without actually handling cash. The administrators of Bookwhen are so helpful with any questions that I may have. Highly recommended
