What do you like best? The functionality and ease of use. Our customers like that they are able to book online. We love that you are able to send emails and text messages to your client and confirm appointments with them. We love that you can book large groups and take care of payments ahead of time. What do you like best? Being Web based and booking clients anytime. What do you dislike? Appointments can't be edited when using the mobile app like the can be on the computer. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Utilizing the reports when I'm not at the salon.

We absolutely love Booker! It has helped streamline our entire salon system!
What do you like best? I like the simplicity of booking appointments. It is extremely easy to navigate and easy to train on. The marketing tools are wonderful as well, such as email confirmations and the accessibility with its integration with mail chimp for our newsletters.
