There aren't enough options to customize our online booking settings, there is no report that separates credit card purchases for products and services, we have to manually calculate our teacher pay and technical support doesn't always have the answer for us to our issues. Perfect Experience Set up, training & tech support. Easy as 123 for a start up that's crucial
What do you like best? Training before they let you launch. They make sure you can run your business. Social media integration. Book button on FB was easy to set up. We absolutely love Booker! It has helped streamline our entire salon system!
What do you like best? I like the simplicity of booking appointments. It is extremely easy to navigate and easy to train on. The marketing tools are wonderful as well, such as email confirmations and the accessibility with its integration with mail chimp for our newsletters. Overall, the system is extremely user friendly and has helped to streamline our salon systems to keep everything running efficiently. What do you dislike?
