Great tool but needs some improvement

The stability of the platform. I love BlueJeans meeting. No Gotham background, the ability to see more than 9 people in gallery view Secure platform for virtual meetings Having meetings and interacting with coworkers virtually to complete projects. Great experience when it works

Easy to use; everything is clear and easy Opening in a browser and then loading the app sometimes will not open the app. When I open the app first, sometimes I have a problem logging in. Sometimes it starts with a muted tone and without a possibility to unmute it. If you experience any troubles, immediately contact BlueJeans' support. They do a great job. I like the fact that BlueJeans is able to hold many simultaneous users, and there are many tools that allow everyone to be heard - chat, raise your hand, talk, share a screen. Great tool for WFH

Love the breakout rooms feature. Its been really helpful for my role at my job. They need to add the background feature for video calls. To hide your background. Its made it possible to creat small rooms for new agents to handle 1-1 sessions or divide a large group into smaller groups for different activities.

Clear video conferencing but with a touch of pixaleration

Voice quality during the video conference and easy to use. Pixaleration of video and lag between video and sound. Also it often disconnects. Important peer video calls and assignments.

Great for Working With Teams

The things I liked best were the call quality, the video quality, and screen sharing. It was easy to get going and get the team together. when I used the white board or annotation, if someone else started sharing their screen or using their whiteboard, it erased my whiteboard. That is not cool. Also, only one person could whiteboard at a time, which was limiting. Allowing for more apps and simultaneous sharing in the apps (multiple people working on a white board) would be a big boost ...
