Great service!

The user interface is easy, easy to record meetings, send invites, share screen. Very intuitive! Nothing really. I have used blue jeans, zoom and teams and I like them all. Blue jeans is probably my favorite because it has the least technical issues Team meetings for working remotely.

BlueJeans is a user-friendly and intuitive interface that make distance collaboration easy and fun.

I was assigned my own meeting ID that never changed. The video conference feature is intuitive and easy for people to use. Screen sharing was easy as well. As an administrator/facilitator, the controls were easy to find and use. I loved that I could record meetings and that it was saved on the cloud. BlueJeans - reliable and consistent meeting space

The ease of scheduling meetings right in my Outlook calendar, and the reliability of the connection. I've had to reschedule a couple meetings because the code no longer worked. May have been due to an upgrade. Give it a try! You won't regret it! No problems at this point. The biggest benefit is the dependability in the interface and meeting connection. There are very few lags in the stream and they tend to be mostly due to the user's connection.

Solid performance without too many extras.

Good performance and easy to setup. It also integrates well with outlook. Can’t change backgrounds. Also doesn’t have the option to transcribe the calls. Collaboration has gotten a lot easier. Also using it for presentations and classes.

Ease of use as a presenter, simplicity of the overall platform while still being powerful and feature rich When inviting people who have not used the service before I get very mixed results in regards to how easy it is to get in and it can be frustrating. I really like the simplicity of creating a meeting invite. It is basic and easy on the eyes. Acceptance via Outlook work inbox is a piece of cake. I do not like when I choose to see everyone in the meeting it does not scroll through everyone that is in the meeting. I would like for it to circle through each person. BlueJeans has been very helpful in our social services agency.

The platform is easy to use and completes ongoing additions to make it better. Would like to see more people in the screen when conducting larger meetings. We have been able to transform our in person services to completely virtual, largely due to BlueJeans. Every staff member has their own account to provide the quickest and most efficient access to our clients. Our clients can continue to participate in individual work as well as support groups and special workshops.

Sound quality. Breakout rooms. Gallery view. Connectivity issues. Scheduling issues (could not delete permanent meeting once scheduled). No emojis. Teaching Russian language courses at the university level.

Top of the line for today's business workplace social distancing.

Easy of use and the feeling of quality and secureness after using it. No finicky issues with other programs hijacking computer resources. None that are different than others. Web and program versions available. Can be frustrating when trying to quickly connect. But both versions feel amazingly secure. Meetings withing company. Security, recording, decision making and tribal knowledge.
