Updated layout and the record meeting function. There should be video tutorials on how to use special features. Offering remote meetings that can be recorded.

The most consistent virtual conferencing platform I've used!

The platform is very user friendly. I like the chat feature and being able to see who has joined the call. When sharing your screen, it gives you options of what you want to share. So much easier than driving to meetings

The audio is really clear (much better than Skype). The recording and playback function is really helpful - no more dictaphone! Ease of assigning lectures to students with simple meeting codes and links. Sound issues are what I run up against most. Sometimes hard to hear students in lecture. Not really tried to use phone vendor, our IT try's to help.

Great tool for new hire training

Very easy to schedule meetings using the web interface and then you get a calendar reminder email from BlueJeans that you can accept to keep track of up and coming meetings. I had some difficulties recently logging into the website using Windows Explorer but I was able to get around this by switching to the Firefox browser and I could log in without issue.
