Best video conferencing software ever used

It has really simple and easy to use UI. You don't need an account to attend the meetings. You can attend meeting through browser, software and mobile application, One con of bluejeans is I can not share files during the meeting. Also, sometimes it took time to get recording available for sharing. I am using bluejeans for meetings. Setting up the meeting is easy and quick. I can also record the meeting to share with other people.

Great product

Seamless, simple to use, and great quality. In a group call I can only see a max of 9 people, and I cant control who I see. Simple to use, one of the best video calling software out there Easy communication

Great VC experience

Very easy to schedule video calls via the App as well as the website & nice user experience. UX is a bit dull & boring. doesn't come across as lively/cool as Zoom or MS Teams for example. Staying in the UAE, BlueJeans was the ONLY VC platform for us to talk to family back home as Zoom, Skype all were banned Pre-COVID. since then i have been used to BJ & will continue using it

Ease of use, recording options, chat functions. Sometimes it's hard to resolve issues/get help Very easy to use for the group and/or on-on-one meetings. Usuabilty and fastness. It's easy to login and to use - creating new links and sharing- integration with slack. I think it's easily integrated with tools which is making Bluejeans really easy to use. Sometimes it's hard to open and crashes. it also has uses a lot of system capacity. It heats the laptop for the entire duration of the call.
