Overall happy w/ Blue Jeans.

Blue Jeans allows our clinical and medical team to meet as one group. We are able to hear and see each other well which has been very beneficial during the COVID-19 pandemic. I have used it w/ patients which some patients really enjoyed. Not much. I find it is not too user friendly Get logged out and forces you to redo un and pw. Google meeting is much easier I do not use it anymore.

Extremely simple creation of markings (taste of gala marking button). Very simple switching on meetings (I like the "On" button). Software on the desktop is better. I use BlueJeans in my work and it is very simple and intuitive to use. I appreciate its reliability the most, i.e. the ability of the A/V equipment to access meeting halls, external devices, phones, computers etc. The ability to record meetings is one of the most common functions I use and it is really nice to see the power link from time to time when I go back to the office.
