A reliable app

Ease of creating and sharing links, break up rooms option, email integration. I think one thing that could be improved is to keep a window open when you create a new meeting to let you copy the link. As it is now, it closes upon creating and redirects you back to your main feed with all the set meetings in chronological order; so if you create something well in advance you need to scroll quite a bit to dig up the link. An overall solid product

Many good functionalities and fairly easy to learn with use. Helpful to be able to split up the roles between presenters and moderators. Interface is easy to use once you learn the basics. The scheduling portal is a bit confusing. When seeking the links for the various roles (Join Info) - presenter, moderator, attendee, it is really easy to copy and paste the incorrect link because the tabs are at the top of the page, and it defaults to the presenter link. BlueJeans Meetings makes interacting with cohorts of interns during COVID more comfortable.

I like the ability to use a variety of creative resources and the effectiveness of the mobile app. I dislike that bluejeans doesn't have a message capability to create and interact with attendees in a waiting room. It would be a nice feature. Use the mobile app! It is very convenient. I am able to solve problem for small groups to work on projects and scheduled interviews. We have benefited from BlueJeans by the staff being comfortable with the app and scheduling tool.

VERY well thought through

I have been using BlueJeans at the University for a long time and during this time of increased virtual meetings, I am impressed by how well BlueJeans has thought through and made improvements over platforms like Zoom and GoToMeeting. They have added functions like "raise your hand" (not available in GoToMeeting), the ability to show a video (which neither of the other platforms allow for in their non-webinar products and oh, how that would have saved me on some of our calls...), the ...
